Two strengths. One block.
Nothing opens until the timer ends
Lock for 15 minutes, an hour, or up to 24 hours. Two taps to start. A 3-second hold ends it early if you really need to, twice a week.
Night lock
Switch it on and your apps lock every night, 22:00 to 07:00 by default. Change the times to fit your evenings.
Locks that start themselves
Up to five named schedules, like Study or Gym, on the days and times you pick. Overnight windows work too.
Block sites and explicit content
Block chosen websites, filter explicit sites, and block short-form video sites like TikTok on the web in Safari.

Fibi counts your locks, nights locked and the times you said Not now, from its own records on your phone.
How it works
- Give Fibi Screen Time access. Apple asks you once; it is only used for blocking.
- Pick the apps and websites that pull you in, with Apple's own picker.

How does Fibi block apps on iPhone?
Fibi uses Apple's Screen Time framework. You pick apps and websites with Apple's own picker, and iOS shows a shield screen when you open one.
What is the difference between Shield and Lock?
Shield is an on/off block with friction: opening a blocked app takes a short wait, then it stays open for a few minutes. Lock is a timed session: nothing you chose opens until the timer ends, apart from a limited emergency unlock.
Can Fibi block TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels?
Fibi can block the TikTok, Instagram and YouTube apps, and can block short-form video websites in Safari. iOS does not let any app block only the Reels or Shorts feed inside the native apps, so to stop those you block the app itself.
Do I need an account?
No. Fibi has no account and no sign-in. Your settings stay on your iPhone.
Can a Lock be bypassed?
A Lock is strong but not unbreakable. iOS always lets you turn off an app's Screen Time access in the Settings app. Inside Fibi, a 3-second hold ends a Lock early, twice per week.
What happens if I delete Fibi?
Deleting Fibi removes its blocks. Your phone is never left locked. For the cleanest order, tap Settings → Delete Fibi safely → Remove all blocks first.
Does Fibi block calls, Messages or alarms?
No. Fibi never blocks the Phone app, emergency calls or the Clock app's alarms and timers.
How much does Fibi cost?
Fibi is a monthly or yearly subscription through the App Store. The price, billing period and any free trial are shown on the paywall before you pay. Cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings.
